Large and luxurious rooms with Japanese Bidet toilet and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of different styles of food. Beautiful Japanese garden for a nice walk.
Hotel staff had trouble communicating in English, making it difficult to make requests or inquiries. the hotel is far from popular attractions and the lack of a free cell phone during the stay was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities and services offered were impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the living area of the suite was spacious and modern. The breakfast had a wide variety of western options that we enjoyed. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.
Nothing that we didn't like.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, and the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also fantastic additions. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and made us feel truly pampered. the restaurant offered a range of delicious options, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a busy day.
The only minor issue that we encountered was the location, as it was a bit of a distance from the main attractions and sights. the shuttle bus was convenient and the helpful staff were able to provide recommendations for things to do in the area.

The hotel is located a bit further from the bustling district, which is perfect for those looking for a peaceful and quieter environment. the Chinese and Japanese restaurants, Toh Lee and Benkay respectively, offer a great dining experience with a wide array of dishes to choose from. the suite has an amazing kitchenette with a full range of cooking appliances, making long stays very convenient.
The staff hardly speak English, making communication a bit difficult for English-speaking guests.

The hotel had a couple of nice features such as a large breakfast buffet and clean rooms. It was also situated in a quiet area outside of the city, which may be a good option for some travelers.
The hotel was located far away from the main attractions which made it difficult to get around. Additionally, the lack of transportation options nearby made it hard to leave the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for those looking to explore the city.
